The VIXITO Cement Plant in Quảng Trị officially commenced operations on August 19, 2025.

On August 19, VIXITO High-Tech Cement Joint Stock Company, a member of the VIASG Group, officially inaugurated its cement plant and dispatched the first batches of products in Quảng Trị province. This event marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion and highlights its focus on the growing trend of environmentally friendly building materials.

A Strategic Milestone in Central Vietnam

The VIXITO Cement Plant is a key development project aimed at enhancing production capacity and the supply of construction materials for the Central region. Strategically located in Quảng Trị, the plant will help better meet the infrastructure development needs of the province and neighboring areas, contributing to the region’s overall economic growth.

Green Production Efforts – A Path Toward the Future

One of the plant’s notable directions is its focus on producing more environmentally friendly products. Recognizing the growing trend of sustainable development in the construction industry, VIXITO has launched product lines aimed at reducing emissions.

In its first shipment, alongside standard products such as VIXITO PCB40 and PCB30, the company introduced a low-carbon VIXITO product line. This cement line was developed with a focus on minimizing environmental impact during both production and use, in alignment with modern construction standards.

According to the company, the launch of the VIXITO plant marks an important step in expanding its production scale, distribution network, and ability to meet the increasing demand for construction materials in the market.

The plant’s operation will provide Quảng Trị province and the broader Central region with a new supply of building materials—particularly products developed with sustainability in mind—thereby promoting the trend of “greening” the construction industry.
